Islamic Law and Wills

Imran recognised early in his career that there was a gap in legal services on offer to Muslims. One such gap was in the area of Islamic Wills. Imran therefore setout with the help of a colleague to develop an Islamic Will product that could be used by Muslims. After researching and understanding the complex topic Imran and his colleague developed an Islamic Will product and began offering it to clients. Since that time Imran and his colleague at his former firm have jointly prepared over 1,000 Islamic Wills.
Imran is now recognised as an expert in the area of Islamic Wills. He has delivered a number of seminars and talks on the topic and is always one of the first people to be approached to talk when the topic is being discussed publicly. Imran was interviewed by the ABC Law report on the topic when a case arose involving Islamic Wills. The interview and discussion can be heard online following this link
